Leo is an Interactive Designer with extensive experience in both software / hardware engineering, and design. He designed and created the complete REUTERS video experience, one of the first sites to show extensive video from a massive library of news video from the around the world. Leo was the Director of Information Technology at Caliber Design where he oversaw all aspects of technology deployment/development. He is a gifted web designer / developer with knowledge in all areas of internet technologies. Prior to joining Caliber Design, Leo was a Senior Systems Analyst with Fidelity Investments where he directed, and designed the front and back end of numerous intranet sites. He was also the technical lead for the creation of web enabled statistical analysis for Fidelity.com. And before Fidelity, Leo was a Design Engineer with EMC Corporation, where he was instrumental in the development and testing of massive storage controller cards. Prior to EMC, he worked at Cabletron Systems as a hardware engineer and played a major role in designing Fast Ethernet 100BaseX switches. In addition, Leo runs a consulting business that helps non-profit organizations develop their own web presence. Leo was on the Board of Directors for the Boston chapter of NAAAP (National Association of Asian American Professionals). Leo holds a Electrical Engineering degree from Boston University.
